Since its founding in 2015, the Civic Association FutuReg has been committed to promoting cultural and social values in Southern Slovakia. The organization primarily focuses on raising awareness about children’s rights and equality, advocating for a healthy, joyful childhood, and supporting research in human sciences, lifelong learning, and non-formal training. FutuReg’s core values—Development, Knowledge, and Sustainability.
FutuReg’s work spans education, training, culture, science, and research. The organization believes in the unique value of childhood and strives to ensure that children receive the best opportunities possible. By supporting sustainable growth in the region, FutuReg aims to secure a brighter future for the next generation. This includes prioritizing sustainable economic practices and promoting social sciences that are child-friendly.
At the heart of FutuReg’s mission are two primary pillars: supporting children and youth as the region’s future and fostering regional development to create a healthy living environment for coming generations. Through these efforts, FutuReg works to build a community that honors and nurtures the potential of its youngest members.
She graduated in Management from Comenius University in Bratislava, gaining experience in international organizations, particularly in healthcare and environmental protection. Later, she worked in IT corporate settings but remains most active in the nonprofit sector, collaborating closely with educational and government institutions. Her travels and studies abroad have enriched her work, sparking local discussions. As a mother and lecturer in research and sociology, her two children inspire her approach to best practices in parenting.
She studied at the University of Economics in Bratislava, at the Faculty of International Relations, and has been actively involved in dance throughout her life, later becoming a coach for young children. After completing her studies, she undertook an internship at the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in Rome. Project assistance represents a form of self-fulfillment for her in an area closely connected with working with youth and children. Currently, she works in finance, but project management remains her true passion.

The Dialogue Supporting Foundation “Let’s Talk” was established in 2019 as a response to the growing polarization within Polish society. It emerged from the need to bridge the communication gap among people with differing worldviews, who often find themselves isolated within their information bubbles. Recognizing this divide, the foundation seeks to foster understanding and connection among diverse perspectives through dedicated dialogue initiatives.
The foundation’s mission centers on educational and promotional activities that encourage open dialogue. Its primary focus is on community integration, building tolerance, and preventing social exclusion. Guided by core European values, the foundation leads various initiatives such as conferences, seminars, and workshops. Through these efforts, it collaborates with like-minded organizations that share a commitment to promoting dialogue across communities.
Additionally, “Let’s Talk” emphasizes non-formal education, encouraging both adults and youth to participate in lifelong learning. By supporting dialogue projects, the foundation seeks to build local communities that celebrate diversity, practice thoughtful communication, and work toward a common good. This mission reflects a commitment to inclusivity and mutual respect as essential elements of a healthy, cohesive society.
She is the dialogue practitioner and facilitator, soft skills trainer, and mediator. For many years she worked in international corporations, leading, among others, communication projects. She promotes dialogue in Poland and abroad, writes, publishes, conducts research, and attends numerous meetings, lectures, workshops, and webinars. She has unique dialogue knowledge, skills, and competencies learned during international training and further developed in practice.
Manager with many years of experience in an international corporation, including the position of the board member of the subsidiary in Poland. He successfully led many projects in an international environment in various areas, including sales and marketing, corporate communication and CSR, process improvement (Lean Six Sigma), and business service centres. For several years, he has been actively supporting dialogue projects in Poland.

The Mentál-Mankó Foundation is dedicated to supporting young people on their journey toward self-realization and personal growth. With a mission to empower youth, the foundation provides multi-day programs designed to help participants set and achieve meaningful goals. Through activities that include interaction with horses, nature immersion, music, exercises, and games, young people are encouraged to connect deeply with themselves and others.
A core focus is the prevention of substance abuse, such as drug, alcohol, and smoking, alongside practical solutions for managing stress and addressing depression. The foundation’s programs are crafted to build self-confidence, enhance teamwork skills, and strengthen mental resilience. Crisis management and lifestyle planning are also key elements, supporting participants in setting realistic short-, medium-, and long-term goals for personal growth.
The foundation’s programs create a supportive environment where youth can develop life skills, deepen self-awareness, and work collaboratively. By nurturing these abilities, Mentál-Mankó sets young people on a path toward a healthier, balanced future equipped with the resilience and insight needed to thrive in both personal and social dimensions.
Working as a coordinator and project manager in Erasmus+ and Visegrad Fund projects, as well as other local and EU initiatives, she is professionally active as a music therapist, psychologist, and medical translator. Currently, she freelances as a therapist and translator and works with the Nap-Kör Psychotherapeutic and Mental Health Outpatient Clinic and Mosoly Alapítvány in Budapest. She also volunteers with Mentál-Mankó Alapítvány, Hangolda Egyesület, Obsitos Fúvószenekar, and Agria Vegyeskar.
Currently working at the Nap-Kör Psychotherapeutic and Mental Health Outpatient Clinic since 2000, she is a psychotherapist specializing in treating adults and youth (16+), including those with autism and personality disorders. She holds qualifications as a psychotherapist and emergency medical doctor. She volunteers with the Mental Manko Foundation, Astoria Theater Association, Integral Expression and Dance Therapy Association, and Bailavidrum. She also leads and trains in Erasmus+ youth exchanges.

Specializes in developing high-quality, customized digital solutions, focusing on web development, WordPress management, and engaging online training platforms. Artevio not only brings technical expertise but also innovative approaches to online learning that enhance user engagement and completion rates. Through gamification, community learning, and AI-driven personalized content, Artevio creates training experiences that motivate youth to actively participate and complete courses.
In addition to technical expertise, Artevio crafts digital learning environments that resonate with young audiences by leveraging tools that make learning accessible, interactive, and rewarding. The approach emphasizes engaging users on multiple levels, promoting collaboration, and building an inclusive digital community that supports diverse learning needs. This blend of technology and empathy aligns with the project’s goals of fostering a supportive learning space for youth.
By integrating educational content with advanced learning methods, Artevio strengthens the DEQ platform, empowering young people with the tools to develop empathy, manage conflicts, and build emotional resilience. Artevio’s dedication to impactful online training enhances the project mission, creating a dynamic space where youth can thrive in their personal development and emotional well-being.

Michal specializes in crafting high-performance, user-centered digital solutions that empower users and foster deeper engagement. His expertise in gamification, community-based learning, and AI-enhanced education allows him to design platforms that both educate and motivate users to complete their learning journeys. Passionate about social impact, Michal collaborates with educators and nonprofits to create accessible tools that support personal growth, digital literacy, and resilience, making him an invaluable partner in transformative projects.
